Field Green and Pear Salad with Gorgonzola and Citrus Dressing

Citrus Dressing

1/4 c. vegetable oil

2 T. orange marmalade

2 T. lemon juice

3/4 tsp. salt

Dash of freshly ground pepper

Dash of red pepper sauce

1 T. wine vinegar

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

Serve with field greens, pears, spiced pecans and crumbled gorgonzola cheese

 

Toss dressing with

1 lb. field greens, washed

3 large pears, peeled, cored and diced

2/3 c. spiced pecans

1/3 c. gorgonzola cheese
